Canava Roussos

Canava Roussos winery is a family winery located in Episkopi - Mesa Gonia and it is the oldest on Santorini! In Canava Roussos we specialize in making Santorini Aged Wines since 1836, with a primary focus on the sweet desert ones. We principally use local varieties and traditional natural methods of vinification but at the same time we appreciate the new high-technologies related to the wine science. We will be open and very pleased to welcome you in our winery on weekly basis.
