Originating in Naples, Italy in the 1700’s this type of pizza is thin with a raised cornicione (outer edge of crust) that delivers an amazing smoky flavor from being baked on stone and kissed by open flames at over 800 degrees. Our mission is to deliver this classic style of Italian pizza around the world in the most affordable manner without compromising quality or flavor.
