At Karamanlidika Food Artistry Restaurant, you are welcome to enjoy new dishes & “prosfournia”, as were once called -in the Byzantine times- the small loaves of bread which were baked in outdoor fireplaces and ovens. We create “prosfournia” with fresh yeast and virgin olive oil; we bake them in our traditional stone oven which gives them special taste, highlights the aroma and quality of the ingredients. You may also taste & buy rare Greek cheese, aged hams & cold-cuts, hand-made salami and the original “Karmanli pastourma”.
