Vezené is a Greek-inspired bistro by Chef and Butcher Ari Vezené, serving pasture-raised meat and local, sustainably-sourced seafood that is cooked in wood-fired grills and ovens. We are committed to running our restaurant sustainably and ethically, not only because it is the right thing to do, but also because these practices provide the very best quality, flavours and experiences for our valued customers. We practice whole animal butchery, select rare traditional breeds and also meat from older animals, such as retired dairy cattle. We have an extensive wine list featuring both Greek and global varieties, and desserts such as the ever-popular layered ice-cream cake: 'Ari's Deal Closer'. The special Sunday Roast menu, only available on Sundays, is served in epic family-style portions in the middle of the table for everyone to share and enjoy. Vezené is located opposite the Hilton Hotel, and Madrid Square, with views to the Lycabettus Hill, and is very close to the Ilissia Gardens.
