Gjelber is a healthy start-up with its core value having a positive impact in the enviroment through our eating habbits. We are commited to bring to our costumers the freshest produce available. With our suppliers, we give priority to local producers or farmers who go the extra mile to maximize product quality. We provide the widest range of menu categories in Albania . Hummus, tahini, almond milk, dressings etc are all prepared from scratch in our kitchen (no preservatives, consverants in your plates). We do not use milk, butter nor eggs in our cookings. Healthy & Tasty is the best way to describe us :D.
