Brillant restaurant has been established in February 2007 in the city of Heraklion at Crete Island. It is located into Lato Boutique Hotel, acquiring independent entrance right next to the hotel's main entrance. It operates from November until end of April, daily from 13:00 until late at night. Brillant team value Mediterranean cuisine, Cretan diet, authenticity and exquisite tastes. Selected meats, fresh fish, season salads, hand made pasta, mature cheeses and fine wines.Brillant's team during spring, summer and early autumn, climbs up to the roof, at the unique «Herb’s Garden» (Lato's Roof Garden).
