The inspiration for the Cantera project comes from the eclectic idea that the partners have decided to propose, starting from the name Cantera which comes from the Spanish word for quarry to the fusion between the tradition of Japanese cuisine and the unmistakable flavor of meat. Cantera is one of the best fusion restaurant in Mykonos.
