Recognised as the city's best homegrown chefs Nick & Scott now hold the keys to The Lion - a British pub with traditional home-comfort dishes on the menu. Home to live sport an ice-cold pint and eclectic British music, it is backed by local restaurateur, Gates Hospitality, and is the second venue in the Nick & Scott portfolio. Along with their business partner, Viktorija Paplauskiene, the trio behind the award-winning folly by Nick & Scott have taken inspiration from pubs and hangouts where they spent their time while living in the UK.
