Hagia Sophia Cultural Info Center

We visited the Centre, which is just adjacent to this most amazing Mosque. The young woman who greeted us was delightful, and after giving us tea and cake, surprised us by giving us a personal talk with slide presentation, all about Islam, Muslim culture and the history of the Mosque, it was an amazing presentation and her English was impeccable, she explained everything with such eloquence and detail. we were really impressed and have a much more informed view of this wonderful religion and culture. Thankyou so much. if you get a chance to visit and hear her presentation before your visit it will make the whole experience so valuable. many thanks Tim & Maggie

the instructor is super helpful and he can speak my chinese name! the instructor is very precise and explains the basic differents between catholics and muslim.

Wonderful and interesting presentation! The Cultural Center is run by volunteers to provide information about the history of the Hagia Sofia and Muslim culture in Instanbul by locals. Volunteers offer a 20 free 20 minute talk that provides a lot of depth and background for your visit to the Hagia Sofia. Highly recommend!

Lovely presentation of the Higia Sophia. Free coffee and snacks and very friendly. Full of international volunteers. A nice place to sit and relax while walking around.
