If you are one of those who are looking for large ceilings in indoor areas, Akasya Shopping Center is definitely for you. Especially if you come across the seasonal discounts /garage sales of the brands particularly belonging to the Inditex group, it is impossible to leave empty-handed. (There is another shopping center on the Anatolian side of Istanbul with the largest Inditex stores. That's Piazza AVM. Be sure to check out these two.) Also, on Tuesdays, Kadıkoy Tuesday Street Market is right across from Akasya AVM. If you go on a Tuesday, you're doubly lucky. Another advantage of Akasya shopping center is its direct connection to the metro and metrobus lines. It can be easily reached by buses and minibuses as well. Being very close to Kadıkoy is another point that makes Akasya mall attractive. Good news for families with children. KidZania is a really great spot for kids.

Good selection of stores and restaurants as well ! Enzo is my favorite with good Italian food and service ! prices are quite reasonable for food !

Nice mall in the asian side of istanbul, it has a very good collection of brands from high end to budget friendly outlets. We usually find many things here. You can easily find good stuff with competitive prices.

Visited this mall on a Sunday. It's a clean mall with a few stories and lots of brands plus some restaurants, food court and a cinema theatre. Not many places to sit inside the mall except in the food court. You'll find many general brands in there.

We went shopping to this mall and faced a horrendous journey where a kurdish taxi driver refuse to give us change back after we gave him 100 lira for 22 lira journey...we managed to get 40 lira back...after a a wonderful experience at the shopping mall and lots of shopping ..we faced the same issue infront of the shopping mall premises with the taxi attendant who got us a taxi..after going 100 metres he demanded that we also pay his tunnel tax and 30 lira on top as a tip..we refused got off and walked back to shopping mall..and complained to the taxi attendant at the shopping mall..who agreed with extra charges...we can not expect such a beautiful shopping mall to have such corrupt and barbaric taxi attendants at their shopping mall..we have decided never to go to this shopping mall in future..my friends came from 3 different countries and found this humiliating and wanted to return all shopping and get a refund...the shopping mall must get rid of such corrupt elements operating on their premises...here is photo of this taxi attendant..do not trust him...take the metro....
